Personable: Support
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Write to contact@rockysolutions.co and a person answers, usually within a few days. There is no ticket system and no bot. The questions below are the ones that come up most.
How Personable works
Describe the small app you wish you had, in a sentence: a water log, a mood journal, a reading list, a plan for your first 5K. Personable designs it, makes it and opens it on your phone in a few seconds. Then you use it: log things, see your week, get a reminder, and ask for a change in plain words whenever something is not quite right.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Your apps live on your phone and work without a connection. Making a new app, or changing one, needs a connection for the moment it is made.
Do I need an account?
No. You can make and use apps without signing in. Signing in with Apple or Google keeps a copy of your apps under your account, so a new phone shows the same apps. You can sign in at any time from Settings.
How do I change an app?
Open the app, tap its menu and choose "Change something". Say what you want in your own words ("add a note to each entry", "make it green", "remind me at 9"). Every change can be undone from the same menu.
How do I delete an app, or everything?
An app is deleted from its own menu, with everything logged in it. Settings, under Privacy, has "Export my data" (one file with all your apps and entries), "Delete everything" and "Delete account". What Personable keeps and what it does not is on the privacy policy.
Something went wrong
Write to us with the name of the app and what you tapped. We read every message ourselves. Personable sends us no report on its own.
