Iki: Support

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Write to contact@rockysolutions.co and a person answers, usually within a few days. There is no ticket system and no bot. The questions below are the ones that come up most.

How Iki works

Iki asks thirty short questions. You answer each in a few sentences, typed or spoken; the app answers back with a line written for that answer, then asks a little more. Milestones place stones you turn over, and the thirtieth gives you a statement, the shape your ikigai takes, and a guide.

At the start you choose between two doors. Thirty days: one question a day, at the hour you pick, with a journal for the evenings. In one sitting: all thirty, one after another, with fewer questions per step and no journal. The choice is made once and cannot be changed later, so take the one that fits how you actually work.

I missed a day. Have I lost my streak?

There is no streak. Journey days are not calendar days: if you are away for a week, you come back to exactly the day you were on. Iki has no badges, no confetti and nothing to catch up on, by design.

The microphone is not hearing me

The garden did not answer

Every screen in Iki has something to say without the network, so a session never waits on a connection. If a line reads as a general one rather than one written for you, the call did not get through; the app asks again by itself the next time you open it, and the stone fills in. Nothing is lost in the meantime.

I changed phones. Where is my garden?

Install Iki, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, and your garden comes back with you: every day you walked, every stone. If it does not, make sure you are signing in with the same account you started on. There are no passwords to recover, because there are none.

How do I get my writing out, or delete it?

Both live in the app, in You → Privacy. Export writes everything Iki holds about you into a readable file and hands it to the share sheet. Delete everything removes your account and every row belonging to it from our server, revokes the Apple sign-in grant, and wipes this phone. It is not reversible and we keep no copy.

What is collected and why is set out in full on the privacy policy.

Something on the wall should not be there

Every anonymous sentence on the wall is read by a person before anybody sees it. If one still does not belong, Report a sentence sits under the wall: one tap takes it down for everyone immediately and sends it back to be read again. You can also write to us.

Is Iki therapy?

No, and it does not pretend to be. It is a few weeks, or a few hours, of paying attention to yourself, with something patient on the other side of the page. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a helpline in your country.

Still stuck

Write to contact@rockysolutions.co. Telling us your phone model and iOS version saves a round trip. Our full company details are on the legal notice.
